Event Details

Saturday & Sunday, May 14-15
Registration Deadline: Sunday, May 8 | 11:59 pm

Prepare or update your portfolio: professional review by PCNW staff and local lumineries. Registration includes five reviews for $150.

Foto Revu is a unique opportunity to receive one-on-one professional critiques by some of the Northwest’s most respected professionals in the field of photography. Participating in this event is a great way to meet and network with curators, gallerists, editors, and share work with colleagues. Each registered photographer will have five (5) 20-minute review sessions to receive feedback and advice that is useful to an artist’s development. This event is a great stepping stone for participating in larger international review events such as Photolucida in Portland, Fotofest in Houston, and Review Santa Fe.

The review appointments will be selected by a lottery system before the event and based on your list of preferences. Participants can choose to have all of their appointments on one day or choose to have their reviewer priority spread between both days. Participants will receive a preference form upon registration confirmation. Reviewers subject to change. Click here for Reviewer Bios and Schedule.

Participants should bring 15-30 images from a body of work to show reviewers. If participants prefer to bring two different series, we suggest 10-15 images per portfolio. Printed portfolios are strongly encouraged, though participants may opt to bring a tablet or laptop to present their work.
