DESCRIPTION
To help create community and address current issues, this summer we continue our Conversations on Photography series, as a forum for talking about photography critically. This session will emphasize themes of identity and creative intention through discussions of different artists or groups, questioning their intentions, and assessing their impact. For example, we will expand and broaden the selection of BIPOC writers; essays by Teju Cole and Okwui Enwezor, among others, will provide new critical lenses for reconsidering current events.
