We are glad to announce The Ruby Project, a ten-week photography program for young-adult cancer patients and survivors. Inspired by a courageous young woman by the name of Ruby who experienced treatment with a camera in her hands, this program aims to empower its participants through a progressive hands-on photography curriculum.
To learn more about the Ruby Project click here.
Here’s how you can help:
1. We are currently recruiting students for this program, if you know a creative young person who is a cancer patient or survivor, please e-mail Terry Novak
2. We are currently raising funds to make this program happen, if you would like to make a donation in support of The Ruby Project click here.
3. We are in need of 35mm cameras that participants can use, please click here to see which cameras we are currently accepting (we will only be using these cameras).
