Facilites Rental

Photographic Center Northwest has black & white, color and digital facilities available for rent to students and members.

Rental use of the facility is for students and members only. If you are under 16 you will need permission from the Director of Education. Basic membership costs $40.00 per year and Family membership, which includes 2 membership cards costs $60.00 per year. Other memberhip levels with additional benefits are also available.

Prior to using the facility we require that you have a limited level of darkroom skills. We have designed a test to assess client printing knowledge. If you do not pass the assessment or have little printing knowledge, you may take a printing workshop described in the PCNW quarterly schedule. The assessment test is waived for workshop students.

After passing the test or completing a workshop, a short, free orientation is offered which covers our facilities, equipment use, check-in procedure, safety issues, and policies. The orientation takes about 30 minutes and is offered periodically throughout the week. Please call 206.720.7222 to check availability for orientation.
