CHASE THE LIGHT PROGRAM: Capitol Hill Photo Walk (Seattle, WA) with Kate Hailey

Join photographer Kate Hailey for an exploration of the Capitol Hill neighbourhood during Chase The Light. Kate will lead you from PCNW along 12th Ave towards Cal Anderson Park. Along the way you’ll be able to capture urban landscapes and street scenes of the city. Kate will share tips on composition, light and storytelling.

What to Bring:

• Film or digital camera, lens, memory card, and a fully charged battery
• Recommended lens focal lengths: 28mm, 35mm, 50mm
• Wear comfortable walking shoes and consider a rain layer, just in case

Open to all levels of photographer. Must be registered for Chase The Light 2025 to sign-up and participate.
