Regina DeLuise was born in Brooklyn NY in 1959. She graduated from the State University of New York at Purchase with a BFA in Fine Arts in 1981 and a Masters degree from Rosary College, Graduate School of Fine Arts in Florence, Italy in 1984. Regina DeLuise is represented by Bonni Benrubi Gallery in NYC and has shown extensively worldwide. She is a Guggenheim Fellow and her work is represented in many public and private collections including the Museum of Modern Art, Metropolitan Museum of Art, Brooklyn Museum of Art, San Francisco MoMA, Museum of Fine Arts, Houston and the Art Institute of Chicago among others.
