Photography Instructors

PCNW offers over 40 courses, classes, and workshops each quarter. We have a diverse student body of BFA candidates, Certificate students, professionals and hobbyists. We are looking for adjunct faculty candidates and instructors to teach classes and workshops in:

  • Digital photography
  • Color photography
  • Black and White photography
  • Ideas & Practice
  • Various workshops

Instructors receive $30 per teaching hour during their first year; this rate increases to $35 per hour in the second year of instruction. Classes are typically 30 hours quarterly and workshops can vary from a few hours to multiple sessions. MFA and teaching experience preferred and for certain courses, required. Library Intern/Volunteer

 

Photographic Center Northwest is looking for an individual with library training to oversee our 1,000 volume library and to ensure that we adhere to best practices in collecting, cataloguing, and distributing works to our students, members and faculty.
