Join the Photo Center in celebrating the opening of  Henry Horenstein‘s solo exhibition: Show. The photographs in Show document the rise of the burgeoning neo-burlesque movement, now popular wolrdwide. The movement covers a world of old-time spirit and a random mix of burlesque, drag, sideshow, and fetish. His beautiful large-format black and white photographs will be on display at the Photo Center gallery through February 27th, 2011.

The acclaimed photographer hails from Boston and will be giving an artist lecture at the Henry Art Gallery, offering a workshop and attenting the opening reception on Friday, January 28th. This exciting evening will also feature performances by Miss Indigo Blue’s Academy of Burlesque.
